Robert Gitomer, Chief Executive Officer
Robert Gitomer is Chief Executive Officer and founding member of Concentric Receivables Management, Ltd. (CRM). Since 1994, CRM has been dedicated to serving the collections needs of the healthcare industry.
Mr. Gitomer began his career in public accounting servicing the healthcare industry. His extensive background in the healthcare industry includes the following positions: Chief Financial Officer of a hospital company, Partner/CFO of an outpatient diagnostic imaging company, Chief Operating Officer of a management services organization for physician practices and the owner of a medical office building.
His extensive experience in the healthcare field has given him a unique perspective of the issues and challenges facing clients. Mr. Gitomer understands your business and develops specific collections programs to meet your needs.
Mr. Gitomer earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Trinity University in 1977. He earned his CPA certificate shortly thereafter.
George Shoebotham, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to co-founding CRM in 1994, Mr. Shoebotham started his A/R Management career in 1986 with a national collection agency based in Houston, achieving a position of Regional VP of Marketing before joining the team of a healthcare client as the Receivables Manager of one of their holdings, a 250-bed hospital. As COO, he has been directly responsible for daily operations, staffing, new technology implementation, and long term growth of the organization.
He studied Business Management and Finance at Stephen F. Austin State University, and is currently a member of the American Collectors Association’s Healthcare Services Program, and Government Services Program.
